A name. A purpose. A tribe.
therapeticka® began with a simple conviction: that healing is not something done to you — it is something you participate in. This page is about what we believe, where the name comes from, and who this practice is for.
The t is a clover.
The stylised 't' in therapeticka® is a three-leaf clover — deliberately echoing the shamrock, one of the most universal symbols of healing and renewal. Its three petals stand for faith, hope, and love. They also carry our founding framework, the Trinity of Life: body, mind, and soul as three interdependent origins of one whole person.
Three parts. One life. Nothing heals in isolation.
therapeticka® exists to help people understand themselves deeply, address the root causes of their suffering, and become the healthiest, happiest, and most authentic version of themselves.
Six principles, written down.
In 2026 we drafted a written constitution for this practice — because beliefs that aren't written down can't be held to account.
Health ownership, not health dependency.
Every system we build should leave you more capable than before, not more reliant on us.
Agency is the product.
The measurable outcome of our work is your capacity to make informed decisions about your own health.
Health is adaptive capacity.
Not merely the absence of disease — the body's ability to regulate, adapt, and remain resilient.
Stability often matters before severity.
The order in which we address things matters. Foundations come first.
Trajectory matters more than snapshots.
Where you're heading is more informative than any single measurement on any single day.
We are health-care, not sickness-care.
We are not built around disease — we are built around capacity, education, and long-term wellbeing.
Welcome to the healing tribe.
therapeticka® is not a clinic you visit. It's a tribe you belong to — a community of people who have decided to stop cycling through symptom management and start understanding their own bodies.
Members of the tribe share three things: a willingness to participate, a long-term view of health, and a curiosity about the root cause.
