The 7-Day Challenge
Is the 7-Day Challenge really free?
Yes. The 7-Day Challenge is free to begin — no card, no commitment, no hidden fee. If you decide after Day 7 that you'd like to continue observing for another 30 days, an optional extended observation period is available for ₹399. You are never auto-charged.
What actually happens during the Challenge?
For seven days, you observe five everyday domains: Circadian, Metabolic, Stress, Interaction, and Energy. Each day you receive a short prompt that takes 5–10 minutes. There is no diagnosis, no prescription, and no score to optimise. On Day 7, you receive a personalised summary of what your observations suggest.
What is the Challenge not?
The Challenge is not a treatment. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription. It is not a test to pass. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified medical practitioner. And it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome — individual results vary.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The Challenge runs in your browser on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. All you need is an email address and 5–10 minutes a day.
What if I miss a day?
Missing a day is fine. The Challenge isn't graded and there's no streak to protect. You can pick up where you left off — the goal is observation, not perfection.
Consultations & pricing
How much does a consultation cost?
Online consultations are ₹1,989. In-person consultations at our Thane clinic are ₹2,489. Both are 60-minute sessions. Payment is processed securely through the booking widget.
What happens in a consultation?
A 60-minute conversation with Dr. Mufassil Dingankar. We map your history, symptoms, and lifestyle to surface patterns that conventional check-ups often miss. You'll receive a written summary with a personalised roadmap afterward. No prescriptions, no diagnosis — just structured root-cause discovery.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel, WhatsApp us or reply to your confirmation email.
Do you offer follow-up sessions?
Yes. Continuity is part of the framework. A monthly monitoring programme is available for ₹399/month if you'd like ongoing check-ins, but it's entirely optional. The consultation itself doesn't require follow-up.
What therapeticka® is & is not
Does therapeticka® replace my doctor?
No. We work alongside conventional medicine, never in competition with it. We focus on root-cause discovery, education, and lifestyle transformation. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace care from your treating physician. Please continue working with your doctor.
Can therapeticka® cure my condition?
We make no cure claims — that would be both inaccurate and against our practice principles. What we do is help you understand your body's patterns, improve your daily regulation, and build the capacity for your own wellbeing over time. Individual outcomes vary.
Is this the same as homeopathy?
No. therapeticka® is not a homeopathy practice. We are a root-cause wellness framework that draws on integrative principles — education, lifestyle transformation, observation, and structured self-awareness — to help you understand your health patterns.
Who is therapeticka® for?
therapeticka® is designed for people who are ready to become active participants in their own health — not passive recipients of healthcare. If you're looking for a quick fix or someone to hand responsibility to, this practice probably isn't the right fit.

What happens to the data I enter during the Challenge?
Your observations are used only to generate your Day-7 Reveal and, if you choose to continue, to inform a future consultation. We do not sell, share, or repurpose your data. You can delete your observations at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do you sell or share my information?
No. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy. Your health observations are handled with the same care as clinical data.
